INTRODUCTION
At Lighthouse Leadership Academy, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to providing high-quality leadership development services. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations for our various programs, coaching services, and events. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING SERVICES
Initial Discovery Session

The initial discovery session is offered at no charge and carries no refund implications.
Coaching Packages

Single Session Purchases: Must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or for missed appointments.

Pre-paid Coaching Packages:

100% refund if canceled within 48 hours of purchase and before any sessions have been conducted

50% refund if canceled after the first session but before the second session

No refunds will be issued after the second session has been conducted

Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge
-
Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee

Each client is permitted two reschedules per coaching package; additional reschedules may not be accommodated
GROUP PROGRAMS
Lighthouse Leadership Circle and Other Cohort Programs

100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before the program start date

50% refund if canceled 7-13 days before the program start date
-
No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 7 days before the program start date or after the program has begun

In certain circumstances, you may be offered the option to transfer to a future cohort (subject to availability and a $150 transfer fee)
Burnout to Brilliance and Other Short-Term Programs

100% refund if canceled at least 7 days before the program start date

50% refund if canceled 3-6 days before the program start date
-
No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 3 days before the program start date or after the program has begun
WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS
In-Person Events

100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before the event

50% refund if canceled 7-13 days before the event

No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 7 days before the event

You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the event
Virtual Workshops

100% refund if canceled at least 7 days before the workshop

50% refund if canceled 3-6 days before the workshop

No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 3 days before the workshop
Event Cancellation by Lighthouse Leadership Academy
If we need to cancel an event or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances:

You will receive a 100% refund of your registration fee, OR
-
You may choose to transfer your registration to a future event (if applicable)

Please note that we are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred
HEART OF A KINGDOM WOMAN MINISTRY
Kingdom Woman Collective Membership

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current month

Annual memberships may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days only

No refunds will be issued for annual memberships after 30 days from purchase
Retreats and Special Events

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before the retreat or event

50% refund if canceled 15-29 days before the retreat or event

No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 15 days before the retreat or event

In certain circumstances, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the event
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Online Courses and Digital Resources

100% refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course content

No refunds will be issued after 7 days of purchase or if more than 25% of the course content has been accessed

No refunds are available for downloadable resources once they have been downloaded

We are committed to providing exceptional service and valuable content. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns. In certain situations, we may offer:

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
We understand that unexpected events occur. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may request documentation.
